I know I haven't been the best business woman these last couple years, I got lost in the track of raising my kids and being mommy full time which left very little time for being a business owner. I never realized how lost one could get in the mommy world. Now that my youngest is in school, I can focus my full attention on my business and essentially take it to the next level. I am working on getting our google score better so we can be found by more new and exciting people.
With that said, I have ANOTHER confession to make to you, my loyal friends and followers. I have ADD/ADHD which is very difficult to deal with for numerous reasons. The first reason is I cannot stand how the medicine makes me feel so I don't take it. I have been prescribed it previously and it just isn't for me. I also refused to acknowledge my disability for quite a while which has hurt me in so many ways. I am taking my life back over and ready to run. I am controlling my ADD/ADHD using several homeopathic measures which has clarified my brain SOOOOO much. I lost who I was since becoming a mom to 2 amazing kids. Now I can finally work on myself and my amazing little business which I have missed so much.
I cannot wait for you all to see what we have up our sleeves. We will be debuting a new product in the middle of May to the end of May. We are currently working out the kinks to this fun new product we are bringing to the table.
Now that THAT is out of the way, I want to explain somethings for the new people joining us. When I say WE I mean my family and I. My oldest daughter, Paisley, LOVES designing her own jewelry. She will have a collection of her Jewelry on our website for sale, the proceeds from her jewelry goes to her savings account for when she gets older. When I say WE I also mean my husband and I. We work as a team on most products but here recently he has taken on his own Hobby by entering the wonderful world of Hot Wheels. He is the one who is always building items like our candle holders or tea light holders, he has built our bed, dining room table, coffee table, couch table, bearded dragon cage, shelves for our closets and random empty areas in our house. He also built our chicken coop using just a picture and his imagination, (he's a pretty awesome guy!). Anywho, thank you for reading our first blog post and we cannot wait to add more to our life and of The Crafty Family Co.
